We generally check our routine messages once a day, Monday through Friday. We will try to return routine calls the next business day whenever possible.

Since any phone system is subject to flaws and we also sometimes get busy seeing people in the office, do not hesitate when necessary to also use one of these methods to reach us:

New patients and urgent calls:

Call the main phone number.
Enter the doctor's voicemail box number as above.
Leave a message.
Press "4" after your message, and the doctor's cell phone will be paged.

Emergency calls:

Call 911 if you have a life threatening situation, or go to a hospital emergency room.

Otherwise:

Call the main phone number.
Enter the doctor's voicemail box number as above.
Leave a routine message (as a backup in case the cell system fails).
THEN hang up and call the main phone number again.
Enter the voicemail box number - then immediately press "01". This will forward you directly to the doctor's cell phone.
Leave another message if necessary if the doctor is temporarily unavailable.
If you have not heard back within a few hours, do not hesitate to call again.
